iPod Classic: The future age of icloud?

Given up for lost several times the ‘ iPod Classic , the only family to have maintained a traditional hard drive instead of flash memory, is still marketed in the 160 GB version, though Apple has not made up of two new product years now.

In the age of icloud , where content is stored on Apple servers and synchronized via wireless devices, the iPod Classic seems anachronistic, a product intended to be permanently pensioned off, as happened recently for the white MacBook .

However, Apple could also decide to update the iPod Classic, transforming it into a product with the times, adding wireless capability to integrate the ecosystem of icloud.

The rumors about the new Time Capsule , then turned out to be unfounded, speculated the adoption of the Apple processor A4 and IOS to fit best with the functionality of the system icloud and make everything a true cloud solution, the distributed storage of content.

Without necessarily go to these levels, Apple would simply give the iPod Classic features an external hard drive Wi-Fi, like the Seagate Go Flex Satellite , providing extra storage for devices with little memory as it is rumored to be the ‘ iPhone 4s .

Apple does not have as many products as fans would hope, so keeping the iPod Classic is important.

There seems to be much confusion over the possibility of the 2011 iPod Classic, as we recently reported that the device could be discontinued before WWDC.
