Tunestor is a complement to Apple’s music manager, which lets you download music directly to your iTunes Internet. Its operation is actually very simple, Tunestor was installed as a plugin in your browser (Firefox or Internet Explorer) that you allow deployment of new options with the right mouse button. So when you see a link to an mp3 file somewhere on a website, so just press the right mouse button on it to choose “Download file to iTunes” and automatically downloads the song and added to your iTunes library.

Also when you connect your iPod or iPhone, items will be added directly to your device, saving some extra steps.
