Apple updates the iTunes store rentals with nearly 400 films in SD

ituneApple may have removed the DRM from music, but not everything has been happening behind the scenes in the AppStore: apparently they have been working diligently in the film section of the store. Nearly 400 standard definition movies will be added this week, bringing the estimated total to more than 2,000. According to Apple TV Junkie, the weekly update from the AppStore this week brought 376 new leases SD. From titles like Burn After Reading in Police Academy 5 and Ninja Turtles 2.

Apple has more than 2500 films and some 600 of them in high definition on the iTunes Store. With an update so large, we can say that the studies you are taking a liking to the store.
