Apple meets the French government to discuss the explosion of iPhone
The manager of Apple France will meet the French Minister for Trade and Consumer Protection. The meeting was set to discuss the series of incidents in which the display of the iPhone seem to be exploded for no apparent reason. Currently in France there have been 10 cases of explosion of Apple iPhone, one of which wounded one child left eye.
The minister, Herve Novelli, acted protecting the interests of consumers and asking for further details regarding this matter. Novelli “will remember the responsibilities that Apple has about the safety of products entering the market.” Apple has already admitted that it had opened an internal inquiry to investigate the causes of these explosions, although it has already branded the incidents as “isolated”.
